There is a parade downtown in Topeka this morning...11:00 (9/6). I heard through a reader they are offering free hot dogs, chips and soda at the Capital afterwards, but I haven't confirmed that. It starts at 11th and Jackson, heading to 6th, up to Kansas and down Kansas back to 11th. Looks like it's going to be a great day for a parade!
