Earning money online

With less than 70 days until Christmas, I thought this would be a good time to let you in on a few ways I earn money online.  None of these ideas are going to be a get rich quick type of thing and you're not going to be able to pay for entire holiday with these ideas, but it's a little extra to put in your pocket.

I have 2 survey sites I LOVE and I've made a fair amount of cash in the last couple of months.

Pinecone Research is the easiest company I've done surveys with.  I applied 4 or 5 times before I was accepted by them...so be consistent.  I was accepted by them not quite 2 months ago and in those 2 months I've earned $28 and I've done 1 product testing where they sent me a product, I reviewed it and earned money doing it and I got to keep the product.  What I love about Pinecone Research is they only send you surveys you will qualify for and they automatically pay you every time you complete a survey (other sites usually have you accumulate so much before they will send you a check).  This week alone I've received $13.  For the most part you are paid $3 per survey completed...I had a survey last week that was worth $10 and I got that check today.
You can also choose to have the funds sent to you through Paypal...I just haven't taken the time to set up a paypal account.  The checks above are for surveys I completed last week.
Another survey site I love is Opinion Outpost.  In the 3 months since I began doing surveys for this site I've earned over $50!  What I don't like about this site is you don't know for sure if you are going to qualify for every survey you do, so you may spend a few minutes answering questions only to find out you don't qualify for it.  But, when you do qualify you get points added to your account.  10 points equals $1.  What I love about this site is they pay fast.  I request a check once a month and I usually get it in less than a week.

There are a few other ways I earn points for gift cards.  I use Swagbucks for all of my online searching.  It's like Google, but you're going to earn points for searching.  Those points are redeemable for gift cards to Amazon.com, Target, Starbucks or you can redeem your points for different prizes...ipods, video games, tons of stuff.  For every 450 points you could redeem for a $5 Amazon gift card (and those 450 points add up quickly)!

I also use MyPoints.  With My Points I get around 5 emails a day.  I open them, click on a link and get 5 points added to my account....very easy and those points add up quickly too.  I've redeemed my points for a $10 Outback Gift card and a few $10 Target gift cards and I'm ready to redeem again.  There are several gift cards to choose from.

So, there you have it.  Some of my favorite ways to do some free shopping and earn a little extra cash.
